He is survived by: his wife Wanda F. Kellams; his brother John D. Kellams; his stepbrother Harold Kellams; his daughters, Elizabeth and Barbara Kellams; and his stepchildren, Donna Haller (Chris), Roland Bland Jr. Christy and William Bland (Janet). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude's or St. Joseph's Indian School.
