We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Robert O. Blackwell of Highland Springs, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Phillis L. Blackwell; and his daughters, Merle E. "Lisa" Gill and Juanita B. Collins. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Katherine E. Gill (Won Choi), Elizabeth Hicks (Gerald) and Linton Chamouris; and his sons-in-law, Mark Collins and William Gill. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Masonic Home of Virginia, 4101 Nine Mile Rd., Richmond, VA 23223.
