It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Bolling Carter (Highland Springs, Virginia), who passed away on July 4, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her daughters, Crystal (Mike) and Kettie (Andy); and her sisters, Laura and Nancy. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
