She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar H. Lawrence and Virginia E. Lawrence of Hampton; and her siblings, Mary Faye Lively of Yorktown, Ed of West Virginia, Jack Lawrence of West Virginia and Bill Lawrence of Newport News.
She is survived by: her husband Cary L. Cahoon; her children, Neil Cahoon (Norma) of Highland Springs and April Dryden (David) of Sandston; her granddaughters, Sunni Cahoon of Midlothian, Jordan Cahoon of Richmond and Madison Cahoon of Highland Springs; her great grandchildren, Kevin of Richmond and Aaliyah Jones of Richmond; her brother Fred Lawrence (Rita) of Yorktown; and her siblings-in-law, David W. Lively of Yorktown and Joyce "Rejoice" Lawrence.
