He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Carr and Bernice Jane Carr; and his brother Michael Eugene Carr of Highland Springs. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharyn Good (Harry) and Alan Carr (Peggy); his sister-in-law Glenda Carr; his nieces and nephews, Carol Keenan (Marc) of Gloucester, Chris Carr of West Point, Lyndsey Good (Brianna Good) and Danielle Carr (Dylan Carr); his great-niece Tiffany Keenan of Gloucester; his great-nephews, Bradley and Landon Carr of West Point; and also Connor Bristow of Gloucester.
