He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Gamewell, Jr. and Elizabeth M. Spencer; and his brother Terry Steven Spencer. He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Ann Pope (Don) and Alexis Charlene Spencer; his sister-in-law Debbie Lynn Spencer; and his great-nephew Phillip B. Stone. He is also survived by five nieces; three nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 519 Delbert Dr, Highland Springs, VA 23075.
