She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Adkins and Martha Adkins; her son Roger Kendrick; her granddaughter Leslie Kendrick; and her brothers, Freddie Adkins and Eddie Gene Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Meredith; her daughter Robin Warwick; her grandchildren, Drew Warwick and Lauren Warwick; and her siblings, James Adkins, Betty May, Donnie Adkins and Dottie Sue Henderson.
