With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Garnett Dawn Burnell of Highland Springs, Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alice Caros Mye and Sebastian Mye; her husband Robert Stivers; her daughter Michelle Stivers Perrin; her siblings, Hazel Mye and Edward "Buddy" Mye; her children, Dawnmarie Baldwin, Robert Stivers Jr., Belinda Durham (Stuart), Donna Hart and Wendy Seay (Robbie); her son-in-law Todd Perrin; her son Jamie Boyer; and her friends, Betty Harris, Linda Morris and Anita Graves. She was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Richmond Animal Care & Control Foundation (RACC) in her honor.
