It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Monica Parker of Highland Springs, Virginia, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John; her parents, Harvey Melton and Regina McCracken; her grandchildren, Parker, Rose, Bobby Richmond, Winifred and Harry Locke; her mother-in-law Sharon Walton (Curly); and her brother-in-law Shawn Martin.
