We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2019, at the age of 93, Annie Rowe (Highland Springs, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Kenneth Garland Rowe, Shannon Marie Rowe and Cynthia B. Lapierre. She is survived by: her husband Fredrick G. Rowe; her children, James G. Rowe (Susan), Michael O. Rowe (Beth), Fredrick W. Rowe (Joanne) and Sherry Blaylock; and her siblings, Kenneth Martin and Jean Albertson. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Hardy Central Baptist Church.
