She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Kellum; and her son Jay Kellum. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Smith (Ronnie) and Mark Kellum (Dymala); her grandchildren, Shannon Meade (Dustin) and Ryan Kellum; and her sister Dee Warthon. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
