William Michael Phipps Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Phipps and Helen Phipps; and his sister Mary Phipps Guinn. He is survived by: his significant other Katherine Stoides Phipps (Kathy); his daughters, Konstantina Helen Phipps (Dina) and Dina; his siblings-in-law, Bessie, Manny Staurulakis, George Stoides and James Guinn, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Chresanthe, Anastasia Staurulakis, Dina Anne Stoides, Sabrina and Arthur "Adam" Guinn; his uncle Dino Stoides; his cousins, Olin and Lee Mumpower; and his brothers, Allan, Ken and Tony.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Adams-Green Funeral Home (721 Elden St, Herndon, VA 20170). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Chestnut Grove Cemetery (831 Dranesville Rd, Herndon, VA 20170).
