He is survived by: his daughter Linda Kasulis; his grandchild Kyle (Morgan Kasulis); his great grandchild Kasey; his grandchildren, Krister Kasulis, Jamie Mitchell and Julie Anna (Bryson Wong); and his great grandchild Solveig.
