He was predeceased by: his mother Margarita. He is survived by: his wife Stella Brizuela-Moreno; his children, Eduardo and Thelma Moreno; his grandson Matthew Henriquez-Moreno; and his sister Marta Osuna. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams-Green Funeral Chapel (721 Elden St, Herndon, VA 20170). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (750 Peachtree St, Herndon, VA 20170).
