He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Frank Rosser and Florence Lough Rosser; his children, Andrew William Rosser (Monica) of Naples, FL and Cassandra Webster Rosser of Pittsburgh, PA.; his siblings, Sandra (Rosser) and Donald Thomas; his nieces and nephews, John (Julienne) and Holland (Derrick Alvarez); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackson and Giselle Thomas; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Cooper (Philip) and David Webster; his nephews, Dan (Lauren), Michael and Benjamin Cooper; his significant other Vicky (Webster); and his pet Samie.
