With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Craig Rampey of Herndon, Virginia, who passed away on March 21, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rampey and Ethel Rampey; and his siblings, Billy, Karen and Donna.

He is survived by: his wife Donna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Philip's memory to Wounded Warriors or Tunnel 2 Towers.
