He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Ofano Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Williams Ofano; his wife Tammy; his sons, Joseph III (Shannon), Andrew and Ben (Danielle); and his grandchildren, James and Madi. He is also survived by his mother, two brothers, their children and grandchildren.
