He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Kindsfather Duffy and John Joseph Duffy. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Mulston; his children, Jennifer, John F. and Joseph; and his grandchildren, Raymond Herndon, Ian Duffy, Simon Duffy, Amelia Herndon, Martha Duffy and Jack Duffy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams-Green Funeral Chapel (721 Elden St, Herndon, VA 20170). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Catholic Church (1421 Wiehle Ave, Reston, VA 20190). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Chestnut Grove Cemetery (831 Dranesville Rd, Herndon, VA 20170).
