James Russell Panatier Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Russell Panatier of Herndon, Virginia, born in Queens, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Panatier and Irene Panatier; and his brother Chris. He is survived by: his wife Keri; his children, Chris, Maddy and Colette; his siblings, Susan, Michael (Eileen), Irene, Dorothy (Tim) and Patty; and his sister-in-law Carolyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
