He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Sidney Campbell and Ruby Wade Booth. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Liu Campbell; his children, Charles Branscome Campbell and Kimberley Liu Campbell; his sister Judith Fay Kifer; and his grandchildren, Cody and Samantha Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Fraternal Order of Police, The American Legion, or Wounded Warriors Family Support in honor of Charles's life and service.
