He is survived by: his children, Ronald Bank (Kathryn), Gene Bank (Bob Sherman) and Laura Forest (Joseph); his grandchildren, Alexander "Cole" Bank, Jordan Bank, Mikaela Forest and Marley Forest; his pets, Caroline and Copper Bank; and his family Jewish.
