We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2023, at the age of 82, Tamara Fletcher of Henry, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Clark and Gretchen Thurlow Clark; and her grandson Pablo Fletcher. She is survived by: her husband G. Paul Fletcher; her children, Debra F. Gibson (Phillip A. Gibson) and Garnet Paul Fletcher II (Mireya Fletcher); and her grandchildren, Mary Lindblom, John Gibson, Nathan Gibson, Joseph Gibson, Helen Gibson, Ethan Gibson and Gabriela Fletcher. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
