He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Martin; his mother Betsy Altizer Martin; and his siblings, John Martin, David Martin and Leslie Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Millerd (Larry), Bill Martin and Jerry Martin; his grandchildren, Tim Martin, Stephanie Harris, Jayben Martin, Kaleb Farrell and Alexis Millerd; his great grandchildren, Adrianna Sawyers (Riley) and Zayden Harris; his great great grandchildren, Kendra Sawyers and Elijah Sawyers; his siblings, Tommy Martin (Sarah), Dean Martin and Kim Boone (David); and his brother-in-law Chuck Taylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
