She was predeceased by: her husband Henry C. Perkins Jr.; her brother Henry Clay Harlow Jr.; and her sister-in-law Doris Harlow. She is survived by: her parents, Henry C. Sr. and Annie White Harlow; her brother Carl Harlow of Richmond; her sister-in-law Nancy P. Harlow of Louisa; and her niece Delmayne P. Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
