She was predeceased by: her parents, Philmore Ashley and Bessie Ashley; her brothers, Henry, Bud and Stuart; her husband Frank Guess; and her son Frankie Guess.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Weeks (Mike) and Sheri Newcomb (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Crystal Holloway (Brandon), Allen Weeks, Taylor Conway (J. C.) and Jimbo Newcomb; her great grandchildren, Jade Ann, Grady, Jett, Emmett, Baker and Frankie; and her siblings, Barbara, Carrie, Jean (Carl), Ann (Mike) and Darrell.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
