She was predeceased by: her brother Thomas Sibley. She is survived by: her siblings, Gloria Sibley, Gladys Sibley and Earl Sibley Sr. (Jennifer); and her niece Shari Sibley-Moore. She is also survived by nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Kingdom Christian Ministries (3200 Dill Rd, Richmond, VA 23222). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
