He was predeceased by: his brother Walter H. Sturtevant Jr.; and his parents, Florene C. Wooldridge and Walter H. Sturtevant. He is survived by: his wife Alvinie Sturtevant; his daughter Pleshette; his grandchildren, Ariel and Alexander; and his sisters, Amanda, Gloria Anne, Victoria, Ada and Linda. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
