He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Pleasants and Jeanette Pleasants. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Jackson-Pleasants; his children, Stephanie Robinson, Angela Jackson, Shenise Loney, Dennis and Byrin Jackson; and his brother Keith Pleasants. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, two sons-in-law, 3 brothers-in-law, 3 sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Scott's Funeral Home (115 E. Brookland Park Blvd 23222). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scott's Chapel (116 E. Brookland Park Blvd., 23222).
