He is survived by: his mother Jane Jewell Cash; his wife Liza Edwards Cash of Heathsville; his sons, Berkley Cash (Heather) of Warsaw, Clayton Cash (Casey) of Heathsville and Jonathan Morris (Sarah) of Warsaw; and his siblings, Thomas Cash of Lottsburg, Johnny Cash of Lottsburg and Debbie Vanlandingham of Lottsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
