He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Glen" and Maggie B. Edwards. He is survived by: his sister Margaret "Cookie" A. Robinson; his wife Faye Beatley Edwards; his children, Anna M. Moore (Bobby), Samantha E. Davis (John) and Ronald "Ron" L. Edwards, II (Brandy); and his stepchildren, Donna S. Diggs (Burton), Dianna "Lynn" Verzi (Larry) and Brian K. Stevens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, five step-grandchildren.
