He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Guy Clarke, Sr. and Lily Louise Ashburn Clarke; his sons, Lewis G. Clarke, III and David Wayne Clarke; and his daughter-in-law Bonnie Clarke.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Marie Hall (Robert) and Steve E. Clarke; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Barrack and Joyce Yeatman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
