With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Flore of Heathsville, Virginia, who passed away on December 25, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew James May and Mary Helen Allen May. She is survived by : her husband Robert Ervin Flore; her daughters, Gabrielle Dawson (Brian) of Callao and Heather Butler (John) of Middletown; her grandchild Haley D. Deihl; and her great grandchildren, Henry and Harrison Deihl.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Kilmarnock, Va. with interment in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Virginia, P. O. Box 1924, Tappahannock, VA 22560.
