He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton E. Cusick and Frances B. Cusick (Crownover); and his wife Gwen Denise Cusick (Hall). He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Fitzgerald of Fredericksburg and Sara Cusick of Stafford; his siblings, Kathy Russell of Colonial Heights and W. Gregory Cusick (Vicki) of Heathsville; his grandchildren, Chandler Loving, Gavin White, Ian Fitzgerald, Isabella Cusick and Annie Summers; his great grandchildren, Hayleigh Loving and Addilyn Summers; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Russell (Kelly), Phillip Cusick (Keri), Jamie Rakes (Kirby) and McKenzie Cusick.
