He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Shifflet; his children, Melody Lee Campbell and Claude Eddie Shifflet, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Margaret Shifflet; his grandchildren, Ashtyn Campbell, Christopher Campbell, Eddie Shifflet (Cubby) and Emiley Shifflet; and also Richard Campbell.
