He is survived by : his wife Mary V. Ambrose; his daughter Laura Brooke Ambrose; his parents, Wesley L. Ambrose (Darlene) and Virginia T. Hinson (Tom); his grandfather John A. Thomas; his stepchildren, Hunter Newsome and Haley Newsome; his siblings, Jonathan Ambrose (Brianna) and Lisa Ambrose Giri (Nanda); and his nieces and nephews, Madison Ambrose, Maya Giri, Anna Joy Giri, Dylan Ambrose, Prakash Giri and Raj Giri.
