We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2022, at the age of 63, Charles Francis Tibbs of Heathsville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy Tibbs and Betty Tibbs. He is survived by : his wife Tammy Tibbs; his children, Nicholas Tibbs (Kayla), Matthew Tibbs, Adam Tibbs and Caitlin Tibbs; his grandchildren, Landon and Alyssa Tibbs; his stepsons, David Brigner and Corey Brigner; his stepgrandchildren, Dale, Luna and Wade Brigner; his brother Stan Tibbs (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Annette Dennis.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions be made to the Melanoma Research Foundation.
