With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Frampton of Head Waters, Virginia, born in Staunton, Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Frampton and Nora Lee Frampton (Helmick). She is survived by: her son William Wesley Baer (Falicia Judy) of McDowell; her granddaughter Wrenslee Baer; her sister Rebecca Neuman (Timothy) of Fredericksburg; her nephew Robert Trimner (Crissy) of Fredericksburg; her great-nephew Aydin; and her great-niece Hannah Trimner.
