She is survived by: her children, Patricia Yates of Haysi, VA, Jessica Owens (Shawn) of Haysi, VA, Naomie Adkins (Brooks) of Haysi, VA and Michael Yates (Susan) of Haysi, VA; her sister Minnie Richardson of Ocala, FL.; and her grandchildren, Ricky Yates, Dylan Yates and Armera Vallie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
