She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Cummings and Agnes Cummings; her children, Mark and Noreen; her siblings, Thomas, Francis, Donald, Robert Cummings and Doris Rittermann; her former husband Dr. John G. Brady; and her son-in-law Glenn Scott.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Muir (Scott), Christopher Brady (Lisa), Cynthia Burts and Stephanie Scott; her stepchildren, Rebecca Grandin (Keith) and Marty Wilson (Tammy); her siblings, James Cummings (Barbara), Charles Cummings (Marguerite), Carolee Sowell, Madonna McGarry and Rita Henry (Theodore); and her siblings-in-law, Ann Cummings and Herman Rittermann. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 7 step- grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Gainesville, VA.
