She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Mullings and Cynthia Blackwood; and her adoptive parents, Clifton Wallace and Kathleen Wallace. She is survived by: her daughter Kelli Johnson; her husband Willie Johnson; her daughter-in-law Jordan Arnold; her stepson Dontay Johnson; her siblings, Karen Wallace, Verollyn Mullings-Osbourne, Paulette Mullings-John, Llowellyn Mullings, Newton Mullings and Philmore Mullings; and her close friend Juliette Jenkins. She is also survived by relatives, colleagues, friends, and neighbors.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the L. Diane Johnson Scholarship Fund for Nursing Education at Sinai Hospital. Alternatively, memorial gifts can also be dedicated In Memory of L. Diane Johnson through the American Cancer Society.
