He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Pregano and Rosina Colletti; his sisters, Marianna Pregano, Phyllis Rancatore, Angeline Alfieri, Rosina Primo and Virginia Pregano; his son Ronald Lee Pregano; and his granddaughters, Michelle and Danielle Pregano.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Pregano; his sister Josephine Lang; and his children, Sheila Schneider, Angela Knight, Giuseppe Pregano, Rosina Bergmann, Evelyn Franklin, Francesca Pregano, Lora Crowe and Kimberly Hass. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
