He is survived by: his mother Lurean Robinson; his children, Ernest, Noah and Taylor; his former wife Candace Bush; his wife Liz; his stepdaughters, Kate, Emily and Abby; his brothers, Ray Bush Jr. (Maria) and Dorsey Gibson Jr. (Ikea); and his nieces and nephews, Christian Mullen, Ray Bush, Tiffany Drobnick (Andrew), Ikia, Imani, Iyanna and Irie.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alex's Army Childhood Cancer Foundation or Park Valley Church.
