We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2024, at the age of 77, Donald Robert Carroll of Haymarket, Virginia, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Marion Carroll; his wife Rosella; and his daughter Amanda. He is survived by: his father Robert Carroll; his brothers, Thomas and Patrick; and his children, Melissa Carroll, Rebecca Brennan, Teresa Soehnlin and Donald Robert Carroll II. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
