Williams (Dwight) of Augusta, WV, Leticia Sampson of Gainesville, VA, Natay Carter of Manassas, VA and Naamon Carter Jr. (Bibi) of Culpepper, VA; her siblings, Elmus High (Valerie), Eric High (Tony), Sheila High-Hankins (William) and Sharon Lynn High-Williams (John); and her significant other Fifi. She is also survived by grandchildren, 3 bonus grandchildren, 1 natural great grandchild, and 2 bonus great grandchildren.
