He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Arthur Devers and Lillian Royston Devers; his wife Carol Biggers Devers; his children, Joshua Price (Chaundra), Nicki Ulrich (Raymond), Clayton Price (Rebecca) and Ashley Welti (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Saer, Ozzy, Michylle, Lisa (Jayson), Emma (Bailey), Ruby, Cyrus, Rose, Freya, Lily, Corry and Grayson; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Colton, Madison, Braylon and Lainey; his siblings, Robert (Joan) and Linda; his sister-in-law Barbara; and his brother Alan Devers. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
