He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton John Oxenrider and Shirley A. Oxenrider (Colley). He is survived by: his close friend William J. Matteo; and his siblings, Deborah Lehman (Bob), Garry Oxenrider (Jan) and Barry Oxenrider (Dee) of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, including great-nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles and cousins; and many very dear friends.
