She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Welshans and Ruth Welshans of Follansbee, WV; her brother Charles; and her husband David Fisher. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy, Susan and Dawn; her grandchildren, Amie, Amber, Jacob, Jared, Ryan and Corey; her great grandchildren, Marcus, Keegan, Everett, Blake and Mattie; and her sister Fish. She is also survived by 1 daughter-in-law, (Tracey); 2 sons-in-law.
