He is survived by: his children, Dale Carmine, Wanda Smith (Howard), Lynne Carmine (Raelene), Robert Carmine (Page) and Michelle Carmine; his brother Floyd Carmine; his grandchildren, Christy Lindberg (Jon), Steven Carmine (Natalie), Alan Carmine (Jessie), Leslie Smith (Erin), Hope Schnadenberg Rocky Carmine (Michael) and Ryan Carmine; his great grandchildren, Calin Lindberg, Cenzy Lindberg, Carson Carmine, Chance Schnadenberg, Mina Carmine, Cooper Kemp-Smith and Hailey Carmine; and his extended family, Aaron Peterson, Josh Peterson, Matthew Peterson, Chasity Walls, Kaylee Hogge and Adam Freeman.
