He was predeceased by: his parents, Salem Clair and Florence Naomi Moyer; and his wife Carmen "Barbara" Marie Moyer. He is survived by: his children, Brandi Renee Moyer and Steven Clair Moyer; his granddaughter Stephanie Clair Quigley; his great grandchild Magnolia Labelle Quigley; and his sisters, Patricia Bryson and Barbara Moyer.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (6846 Short Ln, Gloucester, VA 23061).
