She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Sampson and Edith Sampson; and her siblings, Phyllis Howard and Donald Sampson. She is survived by: her children, June Lupton, Robin Cooke, Edith Walters and Kenneth O'Neil; her siblings, Penny Barker, Doris Broughfman and Joey Sampson; and her caregivers, Lisa, Amanda, Katie, Jessica, Ashley and Tanya.
